About CAFC
The Coalition Against Financial Crime (CAFC) is a collaborative public-private organization focused on uniting all sectors involved in anti-financial crime efforts—including financial institutions, law enforcement, regulators, and technology vendors—under one platform. CAFC operates with principles of integrity, transparency, and neutrality, driving progress through shared information, joint training, advocacy, and industry events. Their mission spans AML, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention, and beneficial ownership across a growing global network, offering free membership to strengthen the fight against financial crime worldwide.
Role Overview
CAFC seeks a motivated and well-organized Marketing Executive to contribute to marketing initiatives across its diverse programs, including membership drives, certifications, events, and content outreach. The position requires an individual comfortable managing multiple projects and marketing channels, passionate about financial crime compliance, and eager to expand their expertise. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver campaigns and engage CAFC's expanding global audience of financial crime professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns for membership, certifications, events, and thought leadership programmes
- Oversee and schedule engaging content on CAFC's social media channels to maintain a consistent professional brand presence
- Help produce and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and communications using marketing automation platforms
- Maintain and update the organization’s website content, landing pages, and marketing assets
- Track and analyze marketing performance across channels including social media, emails, and paid advertising, providing updates to management
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Manage CRM data by keeping accurate records of contacts, campaigns, and interaction histories
- Support event marketing activities such as promotions, delegate messaging, and on-site material preparation
- Identify new marketing trends, audience segments, and platforms to enhance growth objectives
- Perform general marketing administrative tasks like scheduling, reporting, vendor communication, and campaign tracking
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing roles within agencies or in-house teams
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques including social media, email marketing, and content strategy
- Working experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic analytics software
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and brand alignment
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
- Interest or background in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory sectors
- Experience supporting event marketing or membership-oriented organizations is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools is advantageous
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is desirable
