About Carrigaline Court Hotel & Leisure Centre
The 4-star Carrigaline Court Hotel recently underwent an extensive multi-million Euro refurbishment, enhancing bedrooms, meeting and banqueting spaces, the lobby, and leisure centre amenities. With 91 bedrooms and luxury suites, diverse conference and banquet services, a Leisure Centre, and dining options including a fine dining Bistro, Collins Bar carvery, and Sally's Tearoom offering afternoon tea, the hotel serves both business and leisure travelers. The recent upgrades along with an expert, friendly team position the hotel as a preferred stay option in Cork.
Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst will join the Commercial team full-time at the hotel's Carrigaline location. This role supports sales and marketing efforts through insightful data analysis to evaluate business and campaign performance, aiming to maximize return on investments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics from Google Analytics 4, Hot-soft PMS, and Loungeup CRM and report insights to management.
- Manage and develop the corporate website, focusing on SEO and AI optimization.
- Conduct paid digital advertising including social media and PPC campaigns, manage budgets, and tweak strategies based on analytics.
- Create and implement CRM and email marketing activities.
- Oversee marketing databases ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Identify revenue enhancement opportunities across products and channels.
- Participate in regular sales performance meetings.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to support marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media.
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to align with company goals.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or equivalent with digital focus.
- Proven analytical aptitude with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Website management proficiency, utilizing tools such as WordPress, Yoast, and SEMrush.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience managing online ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including pixel tracking via Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
- Experience handling budgets, particularly in digital marketing contexts.
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking applied to revenue maximization.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written English.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
- Professional and proactive approach with leadership qualities.
- Advantageous: experience with graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Inshot.
