Job Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of proficient financial advisors aiming to enhance their practices.
• Continuing to manage personal client accounts while recruiting and mentoring fellow advisors.
• Cultivating a high-achieving work environment and contributing to the firm's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in financial services, complemented by a rising personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License is mandatory.
• Preferred credentials include FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses; the firm provides sponsorship and support if not presently held.
• Demonstrable achievement in client acquisition, planning, and maintaining relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering high-performance teams.
• Business-oriented approach with a strategic mindset for sustained growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
