  • Create a scalable onboarding model integrating enablement-led training with frontline manager coaching to optimize new hire preparedness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Enablement teams, frontline leaders, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to tailor ramp programs to operational priorities and market realities.
  • Develop and monitor metrics that assess onboarding effectiveness beyond mere program completion, focusing on progression, behavior adoption, skills acquisition, and business impact per role.
  • Explore and apply AI technologies and workflow enhancements to increase trainer productivity, enrich learner engagement, and accelerate proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in enablement, onboarding, training, or leadership of learning programs.
  • Minimum of two years managing teams comprising trainers, facilitators, or program managers.
  • Proven experience designing role-specific onboarding programs with defined milestones and performance criteria.
  • Ability to leverage data to assess training outcomes and link onboarding initiatives to behavioral and organizational results.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools or AI-enabled workflows in learning, coaching, content development, or support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over seven years of experience in enablement or training within go-to-market teams.
  • Background supporting customer-facing functions such as sales, account management, onboarding, or customer success.
  • Expertise creating onboarding models spanning multiple roles, regions, or customer lifecycle stages.
  • Understanding of balancing centralized enablement with frontline accountability for ramping personnel.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the strategic use of AI to personalize and optimize training.

Benefits and Perks

  • Focus on mental health with company-paid therapy sessions (via SpringHealth) and Headspace subscriptions.
  • Company-wide annual week off to fully recharge.
