Manager, Digital Service Monitoring

Job Overview

The Digital Service Monitoring Manager is tasked with maintaining the reliability, transparency, and uninterrupted availability of Saudi Airlines' essential digital platforms. This position is responsible for supervising service quality throughout the digital landscape, enhancing vendor responsibility, coordinating with security surveillance, and guaranteeing swift technical responses to any incidents affecting customers or business functions.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold at minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles including data quality, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data lifecycle, classification, and privacy, with familiarity in DAMA-DMBOK, NDMO framework, ISO 8000, and preferably ISO 42001, as well as experience with cloud and enterprise data platforms.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues by examining relevant information, generating alternatives, and executing optimal solutions.
• Strong understanding of business contexts and relationships essential for building and maintaining these connections.
