Manager Construction - Precast

Role overview

This role involves leading precast construction project delivery for a reputed construction contracting organization based in Thane. The position focuses on timely execution, quality control, budget discipline, and on-site coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the project so that work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Ensure all outputs follow the required quality standards and ISO-aligned processes.
• Keep project spending within budget while improving commercial margins.
• Follow the project-specific safety manual and action plan and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
• Support, guide, and motivate the team to improve performance.
• Build and preserve strong customer relationships.
• Maintain positive coordination with local authorities and the surrounding community.

Preferred profile

• The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering and has 17 to 25 years of overall experience.
• Within that background, 8 to 10 years should be specifically in high-rise and institutional projects.
• The person should be able to manage project execution and operations in line with contractual obligations.
• Experience with a contracting firm will be an added advantage.
