About the Role

Join a leading climate change and sustainability consulting team, helping major organisations across New Zealand and Australia navigate environmental, social, and governance challenges. As a Manager in this dynamic team, you will support advisory and assurance engagements related to sustainability strategy, climate risk, emissions reporting, and social responsibility issues like human rights and modern slavery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to guide clients in managing and reporting on sustainability and climate-related risks.
  • Lead project teams, providing mentorship and development support to colleagues.
  • Manage project timelines and communication to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Perform assurance engagements covering non-financial reporting, including sustainability metrics and emissions data, across varied sectors.
  • Advise clients on sustainability strategy development and reporting processes.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to help clients comply with regulations and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support clients in setting and implementing sustainability targets involving topics such as diversity, waste management, and environmental impact reduction.

Qualifications and Experience
