About the Role

Join the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as part of a dynamic team that leverages digital and data capabilities to support enterprise growth and promote inclusive workforce strategies through effective management of enterprise grants. This position involves overseeing the allocation of government funds, ensuring all payments comply with fairness and accuracy standards, incorporating effective safeguards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of high-risk cases flagged from various sources such as analytics models, including assessment evaluations, fieldwork, and implementing compliance measures upstream or proactively to minimize incidence and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Verify adherence to eligibility criteria for grants disbursement.
• Examine market dynamics, business practices, and audit findings that may influence compliance, and develop targeted engagement or educational initiatives to mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Champion the adoption of digital services aimed at enhancing compliance levels.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational background in accounting, business administration, or economics.
• Strong proficiency with numbers and computer skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated competence in managing projects and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work resourcefully both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
