About the Role
Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd is urgently looking to hire experienced Managers for their upcoming outlet in Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. The role demands expertise in managing quick service restaurant (QSR) operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations efficiently.
- Handle customer service matters including complaint resolution.
- Drive sales growth while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate store records.
Eligibility and Experience
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the QSR industry. Prior work with reputed brands such as Domino's, KFC, Burger Singh, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Wow! Momo or similar quick service restaurants is mandatory to qualify.
