About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and versatile generalist to join the Founder's Office, collaborating closely with the founder and a highly experienced team. This role offers significant ownership and exposure, providing first-hand experience in running diverse business functions such as operations, marketing, content, research, and various other areas depending on weekly demands. Rather than being confined to a single department, you will be entrusted with real challenges, receiving context and autonomy to manage them effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside the founder managing daily business priorities.
- Take full ownership of assignments from initial research and planning through execution and follow-up.
- Adapt fluidly across functions including operations, marketing, content creation, coordination, and administration as required.
- Convert broad or unclear requests into completed deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Ensure daily progress is tracked, understanding completed tasks and identifying any obstacles.
Work Conditions
This is an on-site role based in Faridabad with mandatory attendance six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Faridabad due to the physical presence requirement.
Preferred Skills
- Practical experience with design and collaboration tools such as Canva and Lovable.
- Interest or skills in marketing and content development are advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Probation
The monthly salary for this position is ₹25,000. There is a probationary period of one month, after which confirmation of employment will be provided.
