Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Managed Linen Service Operative to join the team at Kerry University Hospital in Tralee, County Kerry. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily operations of linen management, delivering excellent service and fostering strong collaboration with hospital personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver and collect linen stock to support hospital needs.
- Collect soiled linen adhering strictly to infection control standards.
- Record and communicate daily service-related concerns and issues.
- Address customer inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain daily communication and coordination with the onsite supervisor.
- Conduct daily stock inventories and checks to ensure accuracy.
- Keep the yard area organized, clean, and presentable.
