Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated male cleaners to join our team in Cannington, Western Australia. This role suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, pay close attention to detail, and have a passion for maintaining clean and inviting spaces for both clients and customers. Full-time opportunities with weekday and weekend shifts are available, compensated according to the Level 1 Award Rate.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8:54 AM to 5:30 PM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute general cleaning tasks consistently to a high standard.
- Perform spot cleaning on furnishings.
- Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness in male restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces.
- Dust all hard surfaces diligently.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Capable of following directions and independently managing tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Knowledgeable about Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including public holidays if needed.
- Experience operating floor care machinery like scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is beneficial.
- Must hold valid authorization to work in Australia.
