Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to direct and supervise maintenance activities within our manufacturing plant. This role is pivotal in maintaining equipment performance, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance tasks throughout production lines and utility systems.
• Formulate and execute preventive maintenance and asset care strategies.
• Ensure prompt completion of maintenance work orders to reduce downtime.
• Oversee inventory management of spare parts and control maintenance-related expenditures.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts including CIP, root cause analysis, and loss evaluation.
• Manage troubleshooting efforts across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory standards.
• Track key performance indicators such as uptime, cost efficiency, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Quality departments to guarantee smooth operation.
• Lead and develop an effective engineering team through coaching and performance management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing environments, ideally with bottling line exposure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
