About the Role
Join Lohmann-koester GmbH & Co.KG in Altendorf, Bavaria, as a Machine and Plant Operator. As part of the Lohmann Group, with approximately 1,700 employees across 27 global locations, this business unit specializes in manufacturing self-adhesive and mechanical closure systems for baby diapers, incontinence products, and various adhesive tapes for hygienic, medical, and technical sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth functioning
- Set up machinery according to production requirements
- Pick and assemble semi-finished and finished materials as well as raw auxiliary materials
- Contribute to resolving process disruptions as they occur
- Conduct process checks aligned with quality standards
- Maintain safety, orderliness, and cleanliness in the work environment
- Adhere strictly to company and legal safety and environmental protection regulations
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent extensive experience in production
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proficient in both spoken and written German
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Possession of a driving license and own car is advantageous
- Physical stamina to handle job demands
- Independent, precise, and careful work approach
- Good team player
