Logistics Assistant - Singapore

Role Overview

Primary Duties

• Handle the receipt, picking, storage, and shipment of cargo within the warehouse setting.
• Manage loading, unloading, packing, and palletising of cargo for imports and exports.
• Accurately update cargo receipt and shipment information using the ERP system.
• Carry out routine stock audits to maintain precise inventory levels.
• Investigate and report any irregularities in inventory records as necessary.
• Ensure the warehouse remains orderly, clean, and safe.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of an ITE certificate or a corresponding qualification.
• Preferably have 1 to 2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Entry-level applicants with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are also encouraged.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is beneficial.
• Physically capable of performing tasks involving lifting, packing, and palletising.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to thrive in a brisk work environment.
• Effective communicator and cooperative team member.
