About the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is growing into major cities globally and is seeking a License Owner to launch and run the business in Dublin. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build and operate a business around making football more accessible to everyone.

It is not a conventional management position. The right person will be an adventurous founder-type with a genuine passion for football and the drive to own the local market.

What the Role Involves

• Establish the Stranger Soccer brand and business presence in the assigned city.
• Hire, train, and guide a compact core team of 2 to 3 people, along with a small group of freelance Official Hosts to start operations.
• Find and secure ideal time slots at football venues for Stranger Soccer matches.
• Carry out creative sales and marketing efforts, both digital and on-the-ground, to position the platform as an easy and preferred way to play.
• Manage the game calendar and ensure each customer has a great experience that encourages repeat play.
• Work with support from the Singapore headquarters, including access to operations and technology assistance.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong enthusiasm for football and a close connection to the local football community.
• Experience in business, preferably with a background in management and customer service.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, or prior experience building and running something independently.
• A clear commitment to developing, leading, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the market.
• High motivation to succeed; compensation will reflect effort, business judgment, and performance.
