Job Overview

We are seeking a Legal Advisor based in Hyderabad who is fluent in Telugu to manage a variety of corporate legal tasks. This position requires handling civil and criminal litigations, coordinating with government agencies, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, managing legal risks, and supervising the legal department within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate legal affairs and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Handle civil and criminal case proceedings effectively.
• Liaise and coordinate with government bodies as required.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the company’s interests.
• Oversee and direct the company’s overall legal functions.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be graduates from any recognized university.
• Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory for effective communication.
