Role Overview

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our learning systems and content. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refresh learning materials utilizing outlines and inputs from leadership and subject matter experts across the company.

  • Drive learning engagement initiatives to boost participation and visibility of L&D offerings throughout the organization.

  • Conduct routine audits of existing training content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and alignment with company standards.
