Role Overview
This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The role sits within Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group with more than 530 properties across 50+ countries in regions including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America. What You Will Do
As a Laundry Attendant, you will support the smooth running of the laundry operation by coordinating activities across the production and dry-cleaning sections. The role involves handling guest and property linens and garments carefully so that service standards are consistently met and the overall guest experience remains strong.
Core Duties
- Collect soiled linens and clothing from designated areas.
- Sort items according to color and fabric type before processing.
- Carry out stain removal and pre-treatment as needed.
- Operate washing and drying equipment safely and efficiently.
- Help coordinate workflow within the production and dry-cleaning areas.
