Laptop Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laptop Technician to join our team at Refurbify Technologies located in Sector 155, Noida. This is an on-site role requiring 1 to 2 years of proven experience in laptop repair and refurbishment. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carefully disassemble and reassemble laptops, managing internal parts such as motherboards, cooling mechanisms, keyboards, and screens.
• Conduct thorough hardware diagnostics to identify faults and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Replace defective parts including screens, motherboards, batteries, keyboards, and cooling fans.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks on all components—keyboard, ports, display, WiFi, battery, camera, speakers—to ensure functionality before dispatch.
• Clean internal components and apply thermal paste as required.
• Document all diagnostic findings and repairs accurately while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling electronic hardware.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily repair and quality assurance goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience in laptop repair and refurbishment.
• Expertise in disassembling and reassembling laptops and managing delicate electronic components responsibly.
• Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
• Experience with BIOS, RAM/SSD upgrades, and basic system optimization is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software installation and OS troubleshooting is preferred.
• Detail-oriented approach, especially during quality assessments and testing phases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with effective communication skills.
• Physical capability to work with small electronic parts and remain standing for long periods.

Additional Information

• This position is open exclusively to male candidates.
• Work is conducted from the office premises located in Noida.
• Working days are Monday through Saturday.
• Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 depending on candidates’ experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.
