Laboratory Technician - Milk Hut

Overview

ArraTipp is hiring a Laboratory Technician for the Milk Hut within its Food Ingredients business unit. This role is based at Station Road, Tipperary, and reports to the Senior Lab Technician. The main focus is on testing raw materials and in-process liquid samples to support food safety and product quality.

What you will do

• Carry out analytical testing in the intake laboratory in a timely manner.
• Provide support to other laboratories when needed.
• Ensure all records and documents are completed accurately and in line with approved procedures.
• Spot issues, raise them with the relevant supervisor or manager, and follow them through until they are resolved.
• Work in compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and experience

A minimum Diploma in Science, or a closely related discipline, is considered an advantage. Previous laboratory experience is also beneficial.
