Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable Kitchen Porter to maintain a clean, organized workspace and support our chefs in delivering excellent food. This role suits those who thrive in a fast-moving kitchen environment and appreciate the importance of hygiene and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly and safely wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen tools to ensure smooth, high-volume service.
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen stations to meet rigorous hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation and ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and ready for use.
- Adhere to kitchen safety procedures to cultivate an organized and safe working environment.
- Support teammates by pitching in wherever needed to sustain the restaurant's dynamic atmosphere.
