The company focuses on developing tailored solutions for homes, industrial sites, office buildings, and both new-build and existing properties. The team is currently looking for a committed Kalkulator (m/w/d) to join immediately and support continued growth.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare independent cost calculations for technical specifications and bill of quantities documents.
- Evaluate and select suppliers in a responsible manner.
- Request quotations for technical services and partial services.
- Create and review price comparisons.
- Check technical data and performance information.
- Calculate and define mark-ups.
- Process and price change-order or additional-work quotations.
- Estimate special components used in building services.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally with further training in estimation or calculation.
- Experience with estimating construction-related projects is desirable.
- You are confident using MS Office and common estimating software.
- You think analytically and work in a structured, independent way.
- You bring team spirit, commitment, and reliability.
