Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Power BI Analyst to join our analytics team. This role involves assisting with data reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence functions while gaining practical experience leveraging Power BI, data visualization techniques, and analytical tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar disciplines
- 0 to 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards
- Basic knowledge of DAX formulas, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
- Experience querying databases using SQL
- Capability to clean, validate, and organize datasets from diverse sources
- Fundamental understanding of best practices in data visualization and reporting
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing multiple responsibilities
