The company is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer to work remotely from the MENA region. This role is well suited to an early-career developer who enjoys modern web development and wants to create polished, high-performing websites while collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
- Translate UI/UX designs into tidy, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
- Develop digital marketing pages and assets that work well across devices.
- Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support search visibility, conversion-focused improvements, and website performance enhancements.
- Take part in team discussions and help improve development processes.
- Improve website speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
- Ensure smooth performance on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
- Follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and code maintainability.
- Update and manage WordPress sites and other CMS-based websites.
- Add content changes, layout updates, and reusable page templates.
- Assist with ongoing site refinements and feature upgrades.
- Track down and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
- Test pages across browsers and devices to confirm reliable behavior.
- Maintain strong coding standards and overall project quality.
- Keep learning modern front-end tools, techniques, and industry practices.
- Participate in code reviews and work with senior developers.
- Continue building technical ability and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or junior-level work.
- Experience contributing to live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related subject is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development approaches.
- Exposure to React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO-aware front-end implementation.
- Comfort using Git or another version control system.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of performance tuning and cross-browser testing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks are a bonus.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is an advantage.
- English fluency is preferred, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
