Key Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly commercial finance reports.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Track financial performance compared to budgets.
• Detect business risks and opportunities.
• Assist with financial modeling and developing business cases.
• Support month-end procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review payroll and operational expenditures.
• Analyze revenue streams, profit margins, and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership nationwide to offer financial insights.
• Create variance analyses with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

You should be a continuous learner with an aptitude for asking insightful questions and comprehending business operations thoroughly.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

• A tertiary degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Between 1 and 3 years' experience in finance or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with confidence to cultivate business relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective organizational capabilities.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to enhance existing processes.

Additional desirable skills:

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting practices.
• Active pursuit or planned enrollment in CA or CPA certification programs.
