Overview
We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Specialist to manage and enhance product content on a prominent North American ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both desktop and mobile users. This position involves close coordination with merchandising, product marketing, ecommerce, and creative departments to maintain accurate, high-quality product pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information across the ecommerce site for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative to guarantee product pages are accurate and engaging.
- Review digital assets and marketing campaigns carefully to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with style guidelines.
- Manage submission and tracking of creative requests related to web content updates.
- Analyze customer feedback and website metrics to recommend improvements enhancing the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of one year experience in marketing or project management is essential.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience or familiarity with digital marketing concepts, web analytics, or Google Analytics (including GA4) is advantageous.
