Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

ZoomCaargo Bhaarat LLP seeks a Junior Digital Marketing Executive responsible for driving qualified B2B import-freight leads via SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and AI-enhanced content creation.

Key Duties

• Enhance Google search rankings using both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Conduct keyword research focusing on logistics and import-export sectors.
• Produce two SEO-focused blog articles weekly.
• Oversee advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design visuals, reels, and advertisement creatives utilizing Canva.
• Develop original educational videos using AI on topics such as import-export processes, freight forwarding, customs updates, logistics news, supply chain trends, and MSME education.
• Ensure AI-generated materials comply with copyright laws and utilize only licensed or royalty-free assets.
• Track website traffic, keyword rankings, cost per lead, and lead conversion rates.

Deliverables

• Implementation of a 90-day SEO strategy along with technical enhancements.
• Consistent publication of 2 SEO blog posts weekly.
• Creation of 3 to 5 educational AI-generated videos each week.
• Weekly social media content updates across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Submission of a comprehensive monthly performance report covering SEO, leads generated, CPL, and keyword rankings.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut, InVideo, and Adobe Express.
• Strong command of English writing skills.
• Preferably, experience within freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, courier, or import-export industries.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 27,500 INR.
