Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve targets related to sales and acquiring new customers.
- Optimize operational costs and enhance productivity at the Jio Centre.
- Oversee smooth running and administrative processes of the Centre.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and implement commercial controls.
- Secure necessary permissions for project implementation.
- Coordinate with channel partners to improve output.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and incorporate customer feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team effectively.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Graduation in any field; postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Work experience ranging from 10 to 14 years.
