Job Details

• Positions available both part-time and full-time
• Evening shifts
• Compensation is $14 per hour
• Payments issued weekly

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively clean and maintain all types of floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaning agents and powered cleaning equipment correctly to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrance areas
• Dispose of trash properly and operate compactors when needed
• Clean glass surfaces such as windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable products and tools
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with shampooing and extraction tasks
• Restock restroom and sanitary supplies as required
• Adhere to the predefined housekeeping schedules
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machines like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Complete additional duties as assigned based on client or job requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency, or a minimum of six months experience in janitorial services
• Training will be provided on the job
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions clearly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
• Understanding of cleaning standards and custodial practices for commercial settings
• Knowledge of floor maintenance techniques including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility upkeep
