About the Role
We seek a skilled IT Support & Systems Coordinator to oversee ERP systems and IT infrastructure within a manufacturing setting in Udumalaipettai, Tamil Nadu. This position encompasses managing networks, cybersecurity measures, and CCTV surveillance systems while ensuring reliable support for end users and fostering smooth ERP adoption across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, testing, training, and daily user support for ERP systems.
- Offer first-level troubleshooting assistance and resolve ERP-related issues for users.
- Oversee IT assets including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and software applications.
- Administer network components such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall security.
- Install and maintain CCTV camera systems, including NVR/DVR infrastructure.
- Provide technical aid for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network complications.
- Ensure proper data backup, recovery processes, antivirus protection, endpoint security, and user access control.
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, asset inventories, standard operating procedures, and performance reports.
- Liaise with ERP vendors, hardware vendors, and service providers to coordinate services and support.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related disciplines.
- At least three years of professional experience in ERP support or IT administration.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or production-based environments is advantageous.
- Practical experience with CCTV installation and support is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of Windows administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience managing LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup technologies.

Compensation
The offered salary is up to 5 lakh INR per annum, with negotiation possible.
