Role Description
Contilia.Digital handles all IT services for Contilia and its facilities. As an IT Service Specialist, you will ensure smooth user support by efficiently and service-orientedly addressing technical queries and resolving issues. You will tackle challenges proactively and with a solution-focused approach, showing initiative, curiosity, and teamwork. Utilizing various communication channels and remote administration tools, you will optimally support users and escalate complex matters professionally to relevant departments or external service providers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st level support by managing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues via phone, email, remote access, or on-site.
- Organizing and processing tickets following ITSM standards and maintaining the knowledge base with documented solutions.
- Keeping users transparently informed and coordinating with internal teams or external partners for complex topics.
- Contributing to IT on-call duties and supporting facilities directly as required.
Qualifications
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist, IT system management) or degree in (business) informatics.
- Experience working in IT service desk environments, preferably in healthcare or similar sectors.
- Strong skills in client, server and network technologies, Active Directory, and virtualization; knowledge of medical information systems or software deployment is beneficial.
- Ability to work methodically, independently, and solution-oriented while maintaining composure during busy periods.
- Customer-focused communication, teamwork spirit, and excellent German language skills both written and spoken.
