Role Overview
We seek a proactive and energetic IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience to become part of our expanding team in Noida Sector 4. This full-time position requires managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, focusing on identifying and attracting skilled technical professionals.
Primary Duties
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Identify and source candidates via job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
- Review applications and conduct initial human resource screenings.
- Organize technical interviews with hiring managers efficiently.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for IT positions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Understand IT technical roles and technologies well.
- Experienced in sourcing through online portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Graduate in any field.
