Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least 15 years of experience managing extensive IT projects and driving digital transformation efforts.
- Proven strategic leadership in overseeing diverse technology project portfolios within government, semi-government, and private sectors.
- Expert in delivering projects that meet defined scope, budget constraints, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Skilled at directing project governance, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams while supporting business expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level IT programs and strategic initiatives aligning with organizational and client objectives.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards to ensure project success.
- Guide multiple simultaneous IT projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contracts.
- Track project progress through KPIs and dashboards, managing scope, resources, risk, and dependencies.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, executives, vendors, and partners, resolving escalated issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee budget management, profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization; ensure cost control and commercial governance compliance.
- Lead project teams including managers, technical leads, analysts, and PMO staff, mentoring for high performance.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, quality management, and compliance across all project phases.
- Manage vendor relationships, contractual compliance, and performance effectively.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP or PfMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, ITIL 4, SAFe Agilist, COBIT, TOGAF, and Lean Six Sigma.
