IT Asset and Spare Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset and Spare Executive with a strong background in SAP MM, asset management, inventory supervision, and logistics pertaining to IT equipment. This role requires familiarity with IT infrastructure assets, proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to generate customized asset and inventory reports as per organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets and inventory with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in SAP MM and asset management.
• Prepare and design various asset and inventory reports tailored to specific requirements.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders via calls and emails.
• Maintain accountability and dependability for all tasks under asset coordination.
• Uphold professional conduct, foster customer trust, and escalate issues appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A full-time degree or diploma in a relevant field combined with 1-2 years of IT-related experience is mandatory.
• Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
• Good communication skills are essential to liaise effectively and manage escalations.
• Prior exposure to retail projects or operations connected with asset management is advantageous.
