Investment Analyst

Position Overview

Robinson Park is searching for a detail-oriented and high-achieving Investment Analyst to join the Research & Analytics team at their Oklahoma City headquarters. This individual will play a vital role in supporting acquisition activities, asset management, investor reporting, and capital market functions by performing thorough financial analyses, underwriting, market due diligence, and portfolio performance evaluations for current and potential real estate investments.

The role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership, asset managers, accounting, leasing divisions, and external stakeholders to assess investment opportunities and enhance the performance of the company's real estate portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of potential real estate acquisitions, developments, and recapitalization deals.
• Create and update comprehensive financial models using Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise, including discounted cash flow (DCF), internal rate of return (IRR), sensitivity, and scenario analyses.
• Assess investment risks, return metrics, financing options, and market assumptions critically.
• Review pertinent documentation such as leases, rent rolls, financial statements, loan agreements, and due diligence materials.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment committee memorandums and acquisition recommendations.
• Handle additional analytical projects and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain financial models to track asset performance relative to underwriting and business plan targets.
• Examine operating results, lease activities, capital expenditures, and market trends.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and valuation processes.
• Support lender communications, refinancing analyses, and capital planning efforts.
• Prepare quarterly reports for investors, including valuation updates and performance summaries.
• Create visual presentations such as charts, graphs, and financial exhibits to communicate information clearly to investors.
