Inventory Management Executive - Contract Role in Sonipat, Haryana

Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Management Executive for a 3-month contract position based at the Bahalgarh / Jhundpur Plant in Sonipat, Haryana. This role involves ensuring accuracy and integrity in warehouse and material movement processes during a 12-hour shift schedule.

Key Duties

• Examine and confirm all material movements thoroughly.
• Authenticate plant-to-plant transfers including DC/RC documentation.
• Audit purchase inward, purchase returns, sales outward, and sales returns transactions.
• Verify material movements related to scrap sales and RGP/NRGP.
• Review supporting documents such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, credit/debit notes, and related dispatch/receipt confirmations.
• Conduct physical stock verification in the presence of security personnel.
• Match manual inventory records against electronic system records for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies in stock and generate detailed audit reports accordingly.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in inventory management, store operations, warehouse functions, or conducting material audits is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel is required.
• Immediate availability to join is favored.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour shift schedules is essential.
