Job Overview
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service at the branch level, focusing on KYC and documentation management, and supporting the branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending to walk-in customer inquiries and assisting them with KYC procedures and documentation maintenance.
- Providing customer service and orientation to clients visiting the branch.
- Promoting and cross-selling the organization's product offerings within the branch premises.
- Conducting interest collection calls, updating customers via phone, and performing some backend branch tasks.
- Identifying and pursuing potential new leads, effectively pitching products and services, and strengthening relationships with existing customers by managing all aspects of client service.
