We are seeking motivated individuals for our International Voice Process team based in Thane, India. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or those with experience who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy resolving customer issues in a professional setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and a courteous tone during all verbal communications.
- Compile daily and weekly reports on tasks and outstanding issues.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of concerns.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants need not be graduates; undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduates are all eligible.
- Must possess strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Comfortable working onsite from the office.
- Immediate joining availability preferred.
- Applicants must reside within close proximity to the office (Panvel or Kalyan stations within 1.5 km).
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000 depending on experience and previous salary.
- Travel allowance of INR 3,500 per month.
- Performance-Based Incentives (PBI) amounting to INR 2,750.
