InfoGrowth Private Limited, a rapidly expanding IT services and digital solutions firm based in Hyderabad, is seeking International Voice Process Executives to join their team at the Madhapur office. Established in 2020, InfoGrowth specializes in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, software development, and customer support among other domains.

Job Details

• Position involves handling US-shift voice processes.
• Work schedule consists of 5 working days per week.
• Salary range between 300,000 and 500,000 INR annually.
• Provision of two-way cab transportation covering areas such as Kukatpally, Hitech City, Kondapur, Begumpet, and adjoining regions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Open exclusively to female candidates.
• Applicants who can join immediately are preferred.
• Graduation is not a mandatory qualification.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent.
• Previous experience in US customer handling within sales or customer service is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve issues related to products, delivery, orders, and services.
• Competence in managing escalations professionally and collaborating with management for prompt resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls with US clientele.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance overall client experience.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards during interactions.

Selection Procedure

• Face-to-face interviews conducted in three rounds including Accent Assessment, Operations Interview, and HR Discussion.
