Job Responsibility
- Address customer inquiries about products and services promptly and professionally.

Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 4 years of experience handling international voice processes (US/UK) or similar BPO roles.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Capable of working in rotational shifts including night shifts according to company needs.
- Exhibit sharp problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.
