International Voice Process - AR Calling

Coronis Ajuba Solutions is looking for freshers and early-career candidates for an International Voice Process role focused on AR Calling. The position is based in Chennai and requires working from the office during complete night shifts aligned to US timings.

Eligibility

Candidates with any graduation background, including those with backlogs, or a diploma are eligible to apply, provided they have strong communication skills in English. The role is open to applicants with 0 to 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Review patient accounts and determine the appropriate next step for each case.
• Take required action on the account and recommend any further follow-up.
• Contact US insurance companies on behalf of physicians and doctors to pursue pending accounts receivable.
• Prioritize unpaid claims from the aging queue for outbound calling.
• Verify whether the insurance details shared by the patient are complete and accurate, and identify gaps where information is missing or unclear.
• Escalate difficult recovery or collection cases to management without delay.
