Job Overview

The company is hiring AR Callers for its Vepery and Velachery offices in Chennai. This role is for a US healthcare AR Caller working from the office in a night-shift setup.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out accounts receivable follow-up work with a focus on denials and resolution.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims, appeals, and related cases.
• Track claim status and support recovery efforts for outstanding receivables.
• Use basic MS Office tools for day-to-day work.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in AR calling is required.
• Prior exposure to AR follow-up and denial management is necessary.
• Experience handling insurance calls, unpaid claims, and appeals is expected.
• Strong communication abilities are important for the role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is needed.
• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Any graduate can apply, provided they have the required AR experience.
