International KYC Analyst

Role Overview

Teleperformance is hiring an International KYC Analyst for its global banking operations in Chennai. This is a full-time, walk-in opportunity based at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.

What You'll Do

• Carry out customer due diligence for overseas clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and individual customers.
• Check and confirm client documents against applicable international regulatory norms.
• Handle both scheduled and trigger-based KYC refresh activities.
• Spot higher-risk cases and refer them to compliance teams and senior decision-makers.
• Keep customer records current and ensure internal systems are updated without delay.
• Work closely with teams across Compliance, Legal, and Relationship Management.

Eligibility Criteria

• A graduation degree is required.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in international KYC operations.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• The role follows a 5-day working pattern with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Shift coverage is 24/7, and candidates must be willing to work any 9-hour shift, which includes a 1-hour break.
• Two-way cab service is available for all shifts.
