Overview
This role focuses on driving global business growth by sourcing international clients and managing the full sales cycle for digital services such as web development, mobile app creation, custom software solutions, design, and digital marketing. The position demands proactive engagement on freelance project marketplaces and leading clients from initial contact through to closing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate international business leads via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding sites.
- Spot and pursue new IT service business opportunities by acquiring clients.
- Draft compelling proposals, participate in bids, and maintain follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Comprehend client requirements and collaborate closely with the technical team for delivery.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients worldwide.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and business development objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international business development within an IT service company.
- Practical experience using freelance platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Exceptional abilities in proposal drafting, negotiation, and communication.
- Familiarity with Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stack, PHP/Laravel, or related IT domains is advantageous.
