Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-premises role located in Ghana for the position of Internal Auditor. The incumbent will be responsible for executing financial audits, generating detailed audit reports, and scrutinizing financial data to verify adherence to internal policies and regulatory mandates. The auditor will assess internal control systems, spot areas for enhancement, and effectively convey audit outcomes to relevant parties.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated expertise in carrying out financial audits and drafting audit reports.
• Strong analytical capacity to assess financial data and recognize significant patterns.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and related systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate audit findings proficiently.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial software and data analysis tools is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a comparable discipline is mandatory.
• Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA will be considered an asset.
