Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Software Engineer ready to take ownership of meaningful product features, build high-quality software, and contribute collaboratively within a trustworthy team environment. This role goes beyond basic ticket resolution; it focuses on creating software that delivers real business value and impact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
- Build and deploy tools and applications regularly into production environments.
- Contribute to overall solution architecture, algorithms, and feature design.
- Automate repetitive processes through scripting and tooling enhancements.
- Participate in code review and debugging, both your own work and that of others.
- Execute validation and verification tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify and address risks and issues proactively, suggesting design improvements.
- Engage in shared on-call responsibilities to support system reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, UX and Design teams, QA, Site Reliability Engineers, and Technology Leaders.
- Communicate clearly about progress, obstacles, and risks with both technical and business perspectives.
- Contribute to refining the engineering culture, decision-making discussions, recruitment processes, and continuous improvement of software development life cycle practices.
Technology Stack
- Develop microservices using .NET 8 alongside a mature .NET Framework 4.8 monolith handling massive transaction volumes.
- Design and maintain event-driven pipelines with tools like AWS Kinesis and RabbitMQ to integrate legacy and modern systems reliably.
- Manage scalable and secure multi-tenant architectures supporting thousands of clients.
- Implement dependable CI/CD pipelines with AWS infrastructure and deep operational telemetry.
- Participate in modernizing legacy codebases while ensuring uninterrupted production services.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing multi-user web, mobile, or cloud-based products.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent user experiences.
- Ability to think in terms of scalable systems rather than quick-fix solutions.
