Job description
Role Summary
This Intermediate Business Analyst position involves leading global compliance initiatives with accuracy and clear communication. The role demands coordinating effectively with legal, product, engineering, and executive teams to ensure timely and audience-specific messaging. It emphasizes a proactive, process-focused approach that balances urgency with broader business commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive global compliance projects from initial planning stages through final delivery.
- Track regulatory developments to evaluate their influence on company products and client requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the compliance roadmap, overseeing milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other business groups to ensure compliance needs are well understood and implemented.
- Assess compliance risks of new products and features, integrating insights into project planning.
- Create documentation that clearly converts legal rules into executable business tasks.
- Effectively communicate priorities, deadlines, and risks to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners as necessary.
- Work in partnership with the Risk & Compliance team to utilize expertise and reduce duplicative efforts.
