Interior Designer

Overview

MartinPatrick 3 seeks an experienced Interior Designer with 4 to 8 years in the field and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to contribute to all stages of interior design from concept through final implementation. This full-time onsite role requires delivering high-quality designs, detailed documentation, and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive space plans, furniture arrangements, and construction documents.
• Create and occasionally produce 3D renderings using Revit and Photoshop.
• Conduct site measurements and record existing conditions accurately.
• Identify and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting fixtures.
• Present design ideas to clients and project partners with professional visual boards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Assist other designers with procurement and project management tasks.
• Maintain an organized and positive workplace environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit for generating construction documents.
• In-depth knowledge of residential finishes, furniture, fabrics, and lighting specifications.
• Effective collaboration with architects, builders, and subcontractors.
• Exceptional communication, client interaction, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with multitasking capability in a fast-paced setting.
• Commercial design experience preferred but not mandatory.
• A completed degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
