Interdisciplinary Artist - Content Creator (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Interdisciplinary Artist on an hourly contract basis to contribute to the creation and curation of diverse content formats including visual arts, film, audio, digital media, and animation for AI model training. This remote role offers hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $65 and requires a weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and curate high-quality content across multiple creative media geared towards AI systems.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to fulfill both creative and technical project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret project briefs, bringing varied artistic viewpoints to training dataset development.
• Maintain clear documentation of artistic workflows and effectively convey concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Evaluate AI-generated content and provide insightful feedback to enhance quality.
• Remain flexible and contribute to evolving project demands across creative disciplines.
• Engage in innovative problem-solving and experimentation within interdisciplinary teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in visual arts, film and audio production, digital media, or animation.
• Track record of delivering projects that integrate multiple creative disciplines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, audio/video editing tools, and animation programs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience functioning in remote, cross-disciplinary creative environments.
• Capability to translate artistic ideas into structured data suitable for AI applications.
• Self-driven with excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
